With recent posts in the medical reports, a new report suggests that intake of the Vitamin-D could affect the Coronavirus outbreak in a person. According to the study done by Northwestern University, the evidence suggests that Vitamin D deficiency may make it more likely an individual will die after contracting the novel Coronavirus.

According to the statistical data in the study, the virus has hit hard the entire globe covering India, the US, countries in Europe, and the eastern and western hemispheres. And now as we look upon China, France, Italy, South Korea, Spain, and the United States, Spain and Italy are the countries with higher mortality rates.

Though there had been some other major precautionary reasons why the numbers were staggering here. But the researchers found a common component in many affectees that most of them had a little intake of Vitamin-D. And that could have been a reason why such individuals were prone to the spread.

To check whether the data was correct or not, the University of Granada is running ten-days trial research on the same. Also, Trinity College in Dublin studied adults who took Vitamin D supplements. The results were shockingly positive. As per the reports, they observed a 50 percent fall in chest infections in those who had adequate vitamin content.

As per the reports, it is advised to take regular Vitamin-D intake for your body. The study is divided into two major categories. Firstly, people are recommended to take 20 mcg to 25 mcg of the vitamin. Also, they are advised to take adequate sunlight every day.

But what is there to eat to have enough vitamins? And what to prevent? So to help our readers, our experts have collected some of the top food supplements that will help to overcome Vitamin-D deficiency and will surely give you boost against the novel virus.

Eggs are always a great choice when it comes to supply protein, fiber, and minerals to your body. While a regular egg yolk plays an amazing role to provide the best for you, an egg that is given by outdoor chickens has higher Vitamin-D content.

    Wild Mushroom

While many wild mushrooms are inedible and poisonous to eat, some of these could be a great help to your body. They are rich in protein, carbohydrates, fats, and water and provide additional vitamin content for your body.
