Nothing Phone 4b Launching Soon: Expected Price, Design, Specs, and Features Revealed

Nothing's upcoming Phone 4b is set to debut on July 7, bringing a fresh design, a new Snapdragon chipset, and a potentially lower price than the Phone 4a series.

Nothing Phone 4b Launching Soon: Expected Price, Design, Specs, and Features Revealed

Nothing is about to shake up the mid-range market again. The company has officially confirmed that the Nothing Phone 4b will launch on July 7, and the early teasers have already got the smartphone community talking.

What makes this one particularly interesting is where it sits in the lineup. The Phone 4b appears to be positioned below the existing Phone 4a series, making it the most accessible way yet to get into the Nothing ecosystem without stretching the budget too far.

Nothing Phone 4b Launch Date Confirmed

Mark July 7, 2026, on your calendar. Nothing has officially confirmed the launch date, with the event scheduled for 4 PM IST. Teasers have been rolling out across the company’s social media and partner platforms, steadily building anticipation ahead of the reveal.

The launch also marks something new for Nothing — the beginning of a “b” series. The company hasn’t spelled out every detail about what this lineup represents, but the direction is clear enough: a more affordable entry point that still delivers the signature Nothing experienced people have come to recognise.

    Design Finally Revealed

Nothing’s design has always been the first thing people talk about, and the Phone 4b is no different. The company recently pulled back the curtain on the phone’s exterior, and it’s every bit as distinctive as you’d expect.

Nothing Phone 4b Design Revealed Ahead of Launch

The aesthetic sticks with the transparent-inspired look the brand is known for, but the camera layout has been reworked. Teasers point to a vertical camera arrangement and an updated Glyph lighting system — familiar enough to feel like a Nothing phone, fresh enough to stand apart from earlier models.

For fans who’ve been waiting for a more affordable device that doesn’t compromise on the look, this seems like exactly what they were hoping for.

    Expected Processor and Performance

Nothing hasn’t published the full spec sheet yet, but benchmark listings and multiple reports are pointing toward the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 as the likely processor under the hood.

If that checks out, the Phone 4b slots neatly into the competitive mid-range segment — solid everyday performance, good efficiency and support for the kind of AI-driven features that are fast becoming standard across Android devices.

Some reports have floated a Snapdragon 7-series chip as an alternative, but the 6 Gen 4 is the most consistently reported option across sources. Either way, treat everything as unofficial until Nothing confirms it on launch day.

    Expected Price in India

This is where things get really interesting.

For context, the Nothing Phone 4a launched in India at Rs 31,999, with the 4a Pro stepping up to Rs 39,999. The Phone 4b is expected to come in around or slightly above the Rs 30,000 mark — potentially making it the cheapest way to own a Nothing phone yet.

A price anywhere between Rs 25,000 and Rs 32,000 would put it directly in the crosshairs of strong competition from OnePlus, Realme, iQOO and Motorola. That’s a tough neighbourhood, but Nothing’s design and software reputation give it a real edge that pure spec sheets can’t always capture.

    What Else Can We Expect?

Leaks and early listings suggest the Phone 4b will come with a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, a 50MP main camera, a sizeable battery and Nothing OS built on top of Android. There are also hints of a relatively compact form factor — a welcome change for anyone who finds today’s larger phones a bit much to handle.

    Nothing Phone 4b Design

Nothing has always kept its software clean and committed to long-term support, so buyers should expect a near-stock Android experience with several years of updates ahead of them.

    Why People Are Paying Attention

The mid-range smartphone market is more crowded than ever, and most brands are fighting the same battle — throwing better specs at the same price point and hoping it’s enough. Nothing is doing something different. The design stands out, the software feels considered, and the community around the brand is genuinely engaged in a way that’s hard to manufacture.

The Phone 4b lands at the right moment. The design is already out there, the launch date is locked in, and all that’s left is for Nothing to confirm the price and specs on July 7. If the numbers make sense — and early signs suggest they might — this could end up being one of the most compelling mid-range launches of the year.
