YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani has created Sasta Shark Tank, a satire of the renowned television show Shark Tank India, in which he can be seen portraying numerous roles, including Ashneer Grover. The co-founder of BharatPe was one of the most discussed discussion assessors on the evening. Ashneer has now responded to Sasta Shark Tank. With over 990k likes, the clip has gone viral on social media.
Paneer Grover, creator of Bharat De, Babita Papad, papad empress of India, Uttapam Misal, owner of divorce.com, and Chaman Gutka, creator of Goat are the judges in the spoof. They are, in that order, the satire versions of Ashneer Grover, Namita Thapar, Anupam Mittal, and Aman Gupta.
Chanchlani plays Ashneer Grover, who is as pumped up in the spoof as the man genuine. Ashneer is well-known for his caustic remarks on the just-finished inaugural season of Shark Tank India, which also gave rise to the popular “Yeh sab doglapan hai” jokes.

Ashneer has also been spreading the word about the hoax. In response to charges that he sold T20 World Cup tickets for crores. Ashneer sent a tweet and requested BharatPe board representatives to view Sasta Shark Tank. “Board waalo yeh sab Doglapan chodo aur yeh Dekho – a lot more creative and entertaining for everyone,” he added. @ashchanchlani (sic) did an excellent job.”
