Weight loss has a lot to do with exercising and physical activities but weight loss also is significantly associated with your diet and especially what you eat in your breakfast following other meals.

Surely the lockdown has kept many of us wondering why we have put on some weight. While the country and the whole world were locked inside in the pandemic, most of us jumped right at the first thing to suit ourselves and treat ourselves comfortably. It was the food.

The pandemic has made vast changes in our lifestyle and they have become much more sedentary than ever before. Losing any scope of outdoor activity and falling right at our couch 12 hours a day is common to expect. And, there seems to be no solution to our churning weight problem.

But what if we tell you, besides your workout, if you tend to make minor changes in your diet plan, starting with your morning, by the time you will be out, you will feel much more confident than you now. So, here are the top breakfast items that will help you lose weight while keeping your energy potent at its peak.

    Eggs

Eggs are a true powerhouse of energy and nutrients. It contains a wealth of vitamins and minerals including selenium and riboflavin, which keeps your weight controlled and gives a sustainable source of energy. From, omelet to scrambled eggs, added with veggies, there are various ways to enjoy this white item.

    Bananas

Bananas are the best if your plan is to succumb to all that chubby fat. They are rich in fiber and provide 12% of your daily fiber need at one go. While ripened bananas are good, unripened ones are suited to be the best. They contain starch, which helps in decreasing food intake and belly fat. You can slice them up direct or mix them in a salad.

    Wheat Germs

Wheat germ is a component of the wheat kernel. It is highly rich in minerals including manganese, thiamine, and selenium. They help the eater reduce their appetite, decrease weight gain, and maintain blood sugar levels in your body. You can add them as toppings in your yogurt or oatmeal to suit you best.

    Yogurt

Yogurt is a tasteful, yummy-vibing and a healthy food item to add for your morning diet. These are enriched with protein which takes longer time to digest when compared to other carbs. That’s why you feel to be full for a longer stretch. Readers can add yogurt with fruit or snacks to get the best out of it.

    Oatmeal

Oatmeal is the most beneficial when it comes to weight loss. They are an abundant source of nutrients and minerals, especially Beta-Glucan. Beta-Glucan not only regulates your blood sugar and maintain heart health, but also a prominent fat-cutter fiber. You can mix them with milk and fruits for the best results.

    Nuts

Nuts are the perfectly balanced food intake to reduce waist circumference. They are a good source of heart-healthy fats, fibers, and protein. Studies show that adding nuts such as cashews, walnuts, and almonds results in regular weight loss. Try consuming them directly or mixed with yogurt or oatmeal for a positive response.

    Chocolate

It may sound weird to consume chocolate, first thing in the morning. But studies have shown that eating chocolate 20 minutes before your meal releases the “I am FULL” hormone in your body. Not only do they taste good but will give you a good start for reading your gut fat.

    Berries

Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries) are the “Nutrient-Dense” food items. These tiny food intakes are low in calories but rich in essential nutrients and fibers. This may decrease your protein intake but helps your body in losing weight. Berries are to be consumed directly or mixed with shakes and smoothies.

Eating a healthy breakfast is essential for a healthy lifestyle. It gives you a boost to your overall routine. But it is also important to keep in mind that, besides breakfast, you must choose equivalent food items in your separate meals to see the best outcome in the long run.
