The enrollment for the DU PG Admission program starts from the 18th of November and there are some things which you should be keeping in mind if you’re a potential candidate.

As of now, the candidates have been asked to update their final year results on the dashboard. But in case you’re someone whose university/college hasn’t released the results yet, you’ll be admitted to the program provisionally. There are a total of 54 Postgraduates courses to enroll in.

“The admission to some of the courses is either based only through the entrance or through both entrance and merit. All the applicants whose final year results have been declared by the University must update their marks on their dashboard. Applicants whose final year result of the qualifying examination has not been declared yet should wait to update their marks,” an official statement said.

    Entrance-Based Admission

If you want to apply to the DU PG program in this manner, all you have to do for now is upload your final year results. As said before, if you do not have the same then you’ll be admitted provisionally.

The last date for the upload was 1 pm on November 16, 2020.

    Merit-Based Admission

If you’re someone who has taken the qualifying examination from DU then your name can appear in this list and here also, you have to submit the qualified test marks on the dashboard starting November 8th and ending on the same date, which is November 16th, 2020.

    Tie-Breaking

The criteria to break a tie between two students is as follows:

    1. First preference will be given to higher qualifying test scores.
    2. The second preference will be given to the final year bachelor’s results and if the conflict remains, they’ll be comparing marks from one year before and so on.
    3. The third preference will be given to the results of the 12th boards with marks in 5 subjects including 1 language.
