Apple who’s known for high-quality products worldwide ready to launch the first apple online store has been following a substandard method of product delivery in India for a long time now. Yes! They haven’t been using online channels for the delivery of the product.

But that ends in the next 4 days, as Apple is about to launch its own Apple Online Store starting 23rd September 2020. There is an excitement in the air as unlike earlier where a third party store is included, we’ll be getting products directly from the brand.

It is also to be noted that up until now, there are no official Apple Stores in India as well. All the stores are managed by some third party as well. Whereas, in countries such as the US and UK, you’ll be welcomed inside big Apple facilities for purchasing their latest devices.

“We’re proud to be expanding in India and want to do all we can to support our customers and their communities,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People.

“We know our users are relying on technology to stay connected, engage in learning, and tap into their creativity, and by bringing the Apple Store online to India, we are offering our customers the very best of Apple at this important time.”

Apple has been doing business in the country and its the first time that they’re directly getting involved in the sales process. They’re actually evaluating India as one of the potential markets and are now treating it like one.

We’ve recently heard the news that Apple is eying India as their new manufacturing hub as they’re planning to move out of China. Which is why India is suddenly up in their priority list.

Now, about the current opening Apple Online Store. It’s going to give you a little extra that you get from third-party retailers as Apple policy of enhanced user experience.

Every available Apple product will be available for purchase with all kinds of payment options. Financing will also be applicable to the website itself and you won’t need to go searching for that via any other external medium.

The delivery process is also taken care of according to the COVID-19 situation. Which is why they’re in process of contactless delivery via an SMS or Vocal verification.

And if you’re purchasing the devices for someone special then options for Gift wrapping or engraving a special text or emoji are also available.

This is one of its kind features and is only available for iPods, iPads, and Apple Pencils. You can have the engravings in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu.
