Wine includes polyphenols, which are protectors in addition to natural phenols. Polyphenols are thought to lower overall blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce cancer risk, and affect the immune system. They are also antibacterial.

Beer is mostly made up of alcohol, which has 7kcal energy per gram. The beverage also contains several types of vitamin B, including vitamin B6, vitamin B2 or riboflavin, and Vit B9 or folic, which are produced from the yeast used throughout the brewing process.


Certain beers and wines include a higher amount of alcohol than others, the overall calories will vary substantially. To consume the fewest calories, select the minimum alcohol dry wine or beer. Drinking alcohol comes with risks whether beer or Alcohol. Hence, if you choose to take it occasionally or once in a Blue moon It will never harm your body.
