Panchayat is one of India’s most popular web series. All three previous seasons received immense love from the audience, and the recently released Season 4 is also being highly appreciated. Now, a report has revealed the per-episode fees of the entire star cast. Let’s find out who took home the highest paycheck—Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, or Raghubir Yadav.
How Much Did Jitendra Kumar Charge?
According to a report by NDTV, Panchayat Season 4’s lead actors’ per-episode fees have been disclosed. Jitendra Kumar, who plays the beloved role of Abhishek Tripathi aka “Sachiv Ji”, was paid the highest among the cast. Being the face of the series since Season 1, Jitendra has consistently won hearts with his performance. As per the report, he charged ₹70,000 per episode in Season 4.

Neena Gupta’s Fees
Right behind Jitendra is veteran actress Neena Gupta, who plays Manju Devi, the elected head (Pradhan) of Phulera village. Reportedly, she earned ₹50,000 per episode, making her one of the highest-paid cast members. For all eight episodes, her total earnings would be around ₹4 lakh.
Fees of Raghubir Yadav and Other Cast Members
Renowned actor Raghubir Yadav, who plays Pradhan Ji (Brij Bhushan Dubey), was reportedly paid ₹40,000 per episode, earning a total of around ₹3.2 lakh for the season.
Chandan Roy, who plays the lovable Vikas, reportedly earned ₹1.6 lakh for all eight episodes, which translates to around ₹20,000 per episode. Faisal Malik, who plays Prahlad Chacha, is believed to have received a similar amount.
What Happens in Panchayat Season 4?
The storyline of Season 4 revolves around a major local election in Phulera village. Two strong-willed women, Manju Devi and Kranti Devi, go head-to-head to become the next village Pradhan. Their husbands, Pradhan Ji (Brij Bhushan) and Banarakas, get deeply involved in the political battle, using every possible tactic to secure a win. Meanwhile, the sweet romance between Rinki and Sachiv Ji also takes a step forward, adding a touch of emotion to the drama.
