- Upload proof like a screenshot of the camera error, your location evidence, a photo of your vehicle, or a copy of your RC (Registration Certificate).
- Submit your request and wait for the response.
If your complaint is found valid, the challan will be cancelled automatically.

2. Register a Complaint Offline
If you’re not comfortable filing an online complaint, you can visit your local traffic police station.
- Submit your complaint in writing.

If you want a quicker solution without going through court hassles, Lok Adalat (People’s Court) is a great option.

- The process is fast and doesn’t involve extra charges.
- Check the date and location of the next Lok Adalat in your state.
- Carry the challan copy, vehicle documents, and ID.
- Present your case before the traffic officer and judicial authority.
