    List of Indian Celebrities Who Have Tested Positive for COVID-19

    An unexpected surge of the coronavirus pandemic has brought the entire world in a shamble as it has compelled people to stay within the walls of their houses. The living standards have turned upside-down, as a result of which some people have oriented themselves with the new changes and some are still struggling.




    Not even our Bollywood actors could keep themselves safe from this pandemic and many celebrities with COVID-19 have come forward on their social media platforms to warn their well-wishers and fans to follow all the necessary precautions.

    Here is a list of all the bollywood celebrities who got COVID-19, check the list once because you may found your favorite actor’s name in the list who you admire the most.

    1. Bhumi Pednekar

    ‘Durgamati’ actress Bhumi Pednekar tested COVID-19 positive and revealed the day after actor Akshay Kumar was found COVID-19 positive, that is, on Monday, April 5, 2021. She went under quarantine period and now she is absolutely fine and healthy.

    She said that she contracted the virus even after following strict protocols and requested people to stray safe, follow the coronavirus guidelines and keep washing their hands. She also posted a 5-point infographic on Instagram.

    1. Alia Bhatt

    The 28-year-old actress shared the news of having contracted the highly contagious COVID-19 disease on social media platforms and firstly on her Instagram story. She wrote, “Hello all, I have tested positive for COVID-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors.”

    She also said that the coronavirus is not a joke and requested her fans to stay inside and follow the protocols.

    1. Manoj Bajpayee

    In early March, this phenomenal actor tested COVID-19 positive and went under self-quarantine at his home. He is one of the senior-most Indian celebrities who got the COVID-19 virus. Recently, the second season of his new show ‘The Family Man’ is released on Amazon Prime Video.

    1. Varun Dhawan

    This cute and dashing actor got infected earlier in December 2020. In order to warn his fans, Varun released a post on his Instagram profile to stay safe and follow all the necessary precautions. In his post, he wrote, “So as I returned to work in the pandemic era, I have contracted COVID-19. All precautions were taken by the production but still, nothing is certain in life especially not COVID-19.”

    The comment section was flooded with best wishes from his fans and with other celebrities too. Now, the actor is back on his feet and on a recovery period.

    1. Katrina Kaif

    Katrina Kaif also revealed the day after Akshay Kumar got infected with the virus, that she has contracted COVID-19 and is taking necessary precautions by home quarantining herself. She also asked those who got were in contact with her, kindly get tested immediately.

    She released a post on her social media account saying, “Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors.”

    On Monday, April 5, the actor informed through his Twitter account that he is in the hospital after he tested COVID-19 positive. Even this fittest person of the Bollywood industry couldn’t secure himself from getting the COVID-19 virus and turned out to be one of the celebrities with COVID-19.

    In his Twitter post the actor wrote, “I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all the protocols, I have immediately isolated myself. I’m under home quarantine and have sought necessary medical care”

    Akshay Kumar was recently working on his new project ‘Ram Setu’ and the other 45 members were also tested positive along with him.

    1. Vicky Kaushal

    The very talented Vicky Kaushal also couldn’t save himself from the grips of the coronavirus and was one of the Indian celebrities who got COVID-19 positive. The 32-year-old actor informed through his Instagram post that he is under home quarantine and taking necessary precautions in order to remain safe and also requested his fans to stay safe.

    Also urged those who got in contact with him and said he is taking medication prescribed by the doctor.

    1. Govinda

    Sunita Ahuja wife of Govinda revealed the health condition of his husband and told that he also got COVID-19 positive. She also said that he has been experiencing “mild symptoms” and the whole family is following all the necessary protocols for him and he has been home quarantined.




    No one could have imagined that this fit actor could be one of the celebrities with the COVID-19 virus.

    1. Paresh Rawal

    The 65-year-old actor-politician was also got corona positive and registered his name in the list of Indian celebrities who got COVID-19 on March 26, 2021. He asked on his Twitter account those who got in touch with him, kindly get yourself tested too.

    Unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. All those that have come in contact with me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested.

    On March 9, 2021, the actor got his first vaccination shot and he shared a photo of himself sitting on a chair in a vaccination center and showing a victory sign from his right hand. He wrote, “V for vaccines! Thanks to all the doctors and nurses and the front-line health care workers and the scientists. Thanks, @narendramodi.”

    1. Ranbir Kapoor

    The charming and handsome actor, Ranbir Kapoor also got corona positive and this news was shared by her mother Neetu Kapoor on her Instagram post on Match 9. Ms. Kapoor wrote, “Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for COVID-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.”
