    Berries

    Berries are the best when you need a quick snack after or before a meal. They are a sty treat that just hits your taste buds with sweet, tangy, and all different kinds of flavor. 

    They are rich in antioxidants like anthocyanins and prevent oxidation and inflammation which in turn makes their heart all good in health.

    Dark Chocolate

    Chocolates are natural mood boosters and are very desirable food items due to its taste. But they are beneficial to the heart as well. It contains antioxidants like flavonoids and they help in keeping the heart-healthy.

    Whole Grains

    The whole grains such as oats, brown rice or more can very well take care of your heart. They contain fiber in good quantities which is responsible for controlling blood pressure and fights LDL cholesterol.

    Leafy Vegetables

    Is there a reason not to eat leafy greens? No! and they are full of carotenoids, antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Which are responsible for making up a complete health system not just for the heart but for the whole body.

    Olive Oil

    Its recommended by every food expert to cook your foods in olive oil rather than mustard or soybean or some other kind of oils.     Fatty Fish

    Whether you’re a gym freak or someone who is a foodie, fish is in the must-have a list for everyone. Well! it should definitely be as it contains numerous added benefits.

    They are full of omega-3 fatty acids which are considered very good for heart health. You can either consume a whole fish or use fish oils to obtains these benefits for the sake of your heart.
