    1- Do not make excuses for the weather

Do not let the outside environment affect your exercise. Keep in mind, people who miss the gym due to rain or cold, waste their workout time by eating high calorie food.

    2- Yoga class

    If you do not feel like exercising, then join a gym near your home, where various types of things like yoga, Pilates and Zumba are done. All these things will prevent you from getting bored and your mind will remain focused on the workout. Yoga is the most easiest form of exercise through which you can remain fit and healthy.

    3- Avoid sleeping late at night

    If you have to go to the gym in the morning and workout, then do not make the mistake of staying awake till late night. Instead, make a habit of sleeping on time at night. By staying awake till late night, you will not get enough sleep and you will not be able to get up early in the morning.

Due to which they workout one day and skip it the next day. To avoid this, take a friend with you for workout who is a fitness freak. Your fitness freak friend will always keep motivating you to go to the gym.

    5- Keep a fixed time for workout

    Often people start working out at any time. Due to which they are not able to be consistent with their workouts. They keep postponing their morning workouts to the evening and evening workouts to the morning. To avoid this, try to have a fixed time for your workout. By doing this, you will automatically feel like working out at that time.
