Budget carrier SpiceJet flight has launched its new travel offer under which the company is offering cheap flight tickets. Starting at Rs 899 and allowing passengers to book two seats or even a full row to make their air travel safer and more comfortable.
“SpiceJet now lets you book an entire row to yourself, and even just two seats together. Book now to enjoy a contactless flying experience within the comfort and safety of your personal space in the sky,” a tweet from the airline read.
The SpiceJet Extra Seats is available across the airline’s domestic network and passengers opting for it will be automatically entitled to a host of complimentary services such as priority check-ins, preferred boarding, and bag out services.
Last week, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), along with the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) announced the renewal of the airline industry and adding a suitable number of flights to be running across the country.
As per the new decision, major airline companies including SpiceJet itself backed up their routine and initiated the offer letter to all their customers regarding the new offers to accommodate their customers with the utmost priority during the pandemic.
Benefits of the SpiceJet Extra Seats offer
According to an official statement from SpiceJet, the five-day travel offer sale has been made LIVE for the customers. And will be made available for bookings till midnight of today, i.e, 7th of August, 2020.
Also to be noted, the customers can take benefit from the new offer up to a travel period of 7 months. So this means that travelers can book their tickets for any date until March 31st, 2021.
In the offer, the company will include some of the popular routes including Hyderabad – Belgaum, Belgaum – Hyderabad, Ahmedabad – Ajmer (Kishangarh), Ajmer (Kishangarh) -Ahmedabad amongst others.
Importantly, SpiceJet is also going to offer a “Free Flight Voucher” to all its customers. With this voucher, the customers who book their flights during the sale will get a complimentary flight voucher with a maximum value of Rs 2000 per booking.
The company has also outlined the fact that the voucher, if not usable currently, can be exhausted for future ticket bookings as well. It will be delivered to the customer on their email address or phone number (e-delivered) within 48-hours of booking.
** The validity of the voucher is until 15th October 2020.

How to book SpiceJet Extra Seats
1) Visit SpiceJet.com and enter your flight details.
2) On the Seat Map page, choose a preferred seat (Window/Aisle). Make sure your seat has vacant seats adjacent to it.
*If you would like to book 1 Extra Seat, choose a window/aisle seat where the middle seat adjacent to it is vacant.
*If you would like to book a private row (2 adjacent Extra Seats), choose a window/aisle seat where the other 2 seats in your row are vacant.
3) Customers will be given an option to either Book 1+1 Extra Seat or a single private row.
4) On successful payment, the booking status will be completed with the chosen seat preference and will be added to your PNR.
