    Rain and diseases come together. Cold, cough and fever become common in this season. If it rains suddenly while going out of the house or coming back home, then you get wet. After this, it becomes common to get sick. In such a situation, some precautions should be taken. If you do not want to fall ill after getting wet in the rain, then first of all you have to avoid getting wet in it. If you get wet for any reason, then you should do some work first, this will help you avoid getting sick.

    What to do after getting wet in the rain?

    1- After getting wet in the rain, the first thing to do is to dry the wet hair. The moisture of the hair cannot be removed with just a towel, so you can also use a hair dryer. Headaches are a problem when you have a cold, cough or fever, so it is important for the hair to dry.

    2- After getting wet in the rain, take a hot shower as soon as you come home. This can maintain the body temperature. There is a risk of bacteria with rain water, which causes skin problems. In such a situation, bathing with hot water can eliminate these bacteria.

    3- After getting wet in the rain, change your clothes as soon as possible, so that you do not feel cold. There is a risk of fungal infection by wearing wet clothes. You can avoid this by changing clothes immediately.

    4- After getting wet in the rain, first dry yourself and then drink hot tea or decoction. This not only balances the body temperature, but also gives energy. This also strengthens the immune system, you can also avoid problems like cold, flu or cough.

    5- If you have antibacterial cream available at home, it is advisable to apply it comprehensively on your body after being exposed to rain. This precautionary measure can effectively help prevent potential infections.
