The 22nd International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) were hosted on June 4, 2022, in Abu Dhabi, Dubai. Stars in presence included Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, AR Rahman, and many others. The list of awardees for that is now available.
While Vicky Kaushal won Best Actor for his captivating portrayal in Sardar Udham, Kriti Sanon won Best Actress for her powerful portrayal in Mimi. Shershaah, starring Sidharth Malhotra, also took home awards for Best Movie and Best Director for director Vishnu Vardhan. Pankaj Tripathi and Sai Tamhankar were named Best Supporting Actor and Actress for their roles as Ludo and Mimi, movies respectively. Check the whole winner’s list for the same.

Salman Khan also attended the gala and chatted with several fans. A lovely little girl stopped Salman when he was strolling with his guards and asked for a photo because it was her birthday. Moreover, the star did not hold back her and congratulated her by kissing her on the cheek.

Ananya Panday never fails to entertain, whether in fashion or dancing. Hence, the starlet was most frequently seen performing to Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Saami Saami from Pushpa: The Rise movie. She also sang the blockbuster song at the IIFA Awards 2022.
