JioMart Review- Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance JioMart has a rocky start in India. Many new users have reported getting rotten vegetables, bad quality products, and muddy soaked & dirty packages on delivery. And they have taken their whole aggression against India’s biggest telecom on Twitter.
Customers shared their delivery service experience and shared how they feel to be cheated. Customers, both old and new, have reported the matters to the JioMart Customer Care center. But got no help in return. One user complained of receiving expired products as well.
“This is a very bad experience with JioMart – Poor quality of fruits & vegetables – Expired food items. – No response from customer care – my orders got declined and the amount was deducted but still neither the items delivered nor amount is refunded – Hard to communicate with JioMart Customer Care number,” one user wrote.
A lady from Mumbai also shares her experience with Quartz India. In her delivery were caterpillars present all around the okra and the rotten brinjals. This was when her delivery was delayed by several days and her cart total was changed and escalated from Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000.
On Wednesday night, Twitter was filled with numerous users sharing their experience from the wrong delivery of products, the poor user interface to being unable to consult the customer support. Some users have also said that this would be the last they use of the platform.

Just before the launch of JioMart, Facebook Inc. invested $5.7 billion in Reliance Jio. This has bought the biggest social media platform a 9.9% stake in the Indian telecom company. And now, with over 400 million active users on WhatsApp, the two major companies are now planning to combine JioMart with the messaging app.
Not only does this open the gateways to the $1 billion grocery industry for Reliance Jio but it also ensures a long term relationship with Facebook. Adding to Facebook, Jio Platforms has also raised money from KKR, Silver Lake, Vista Equity Partners, and General Atlantic in the past months.
Jio might have stepped on the wrong foot but many business analysts suggest that this is a normal scenario. Many businesses do experience some ups and downs in the initial phase. And we very well know how Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Jio to come up from their lows.
This lump sum of money could be a major helping hand to the newly formed online grocery platform. Lower costs than their rivals, fast delivery of products, and targeted attacker strategy have been the three major steps in every business model of Reliance Jio. And this could possibly be observed on matters of JioMart.
