It was tested in Mumbai. In which it was revealed that earlier this process seemed a bit difficult.

    Later in the trial it was revealed that the facility of withdrawing money from ATM through UPI was much easier. If you also want to withdraw money from ATM through UPI, then for this you have to follow the process given below.

    How to withdraw money from ATM through UPI

    • First of all, customers have to go to the ATM and choose the option of UPI cash withdrawal.
    • Now enter the amount you want to withdraw.
    • After this a QR code will appear on your ATM screen.
    • Customers can use any of their UPI apps to scan the QR code.
    • Now customers will have to enter their UPI PIN after scanning the QR code. After which your transaction will be completed.

    How much money can be withdrawn?

    If you withdraw money through UPI, it will take only 30 seconds. You can withdraw a maximum of INR 10,000 at a time through UPI from ATM. The daily withdrawal limit may also vary according to your bank.

    Benefits of UPI transaction from ATM

    If you withdraw money through UPI, then you do not even need to keep a card for this. This facility has already started in the ATMs of banks that support UPI.

    People who have opened a new account, due to which there is a delay in getting the ATM card. In such a situation, this facility can be useful for you.

    Apart from this, many people cannot withdraw cash due to their ATM cards expiring. In such a case also you will get the benefit of UPI facility.
