    Gives relief from Constipation

    Constipation can turn into a major problem if you are regularly experiencing it. The cycle of your digestion process gets disrupted, resulting in complications like Haemorrhoids, Rectal bleeding, Anal fissure (tear in the skin around the anus), Rectal prolapse (a condition in which a part of the rectum sticks out of the anus), and much more. We have a simple remedy which will give you relief from constipation – Taking 1 or 2 tsp. of ghee in a cup of hot milk at bedtime. It is an effective way to get relief from constipation.



    Keeps you warm from within

    Making ‘gajar ka halwa, moong dal halwa, and panjeeri laddoo’ without ghee is impossible if you are a good chef. Although, it is beneficial if you are consuming ghee in winters as it keeps you warm and helps you in surviving winters.

According to ayurvedic experts, it is called Nyasa Treatment for cold, it is said that pouring a few drops of pure cow ghee in the nostrils (first thing in the morning) will open your nostrils and it also cures throat infections as it drips down the nostrils and through the throat. Make sure that the ghee is warmed at a lukewarm temperature.

    Ghee provides a lot of energy as it has a high content of medium-chain fatty acids because they are absorbed into the liver and will burn to produce energy. It reaches every joint of the body which helps in lubricating them which leads to increase flexibility.
