    Arjun Kapoor, the hottest Bollywood actor to become a fitness devotee, has been posting videos and photos of himself working out. The cool Arjun Kapoor, who is loving Malaika Arora, took to Instagram to show his fans what he consumes and how he works out during the day. On the other hand, Arjun Arora’s Lover Malaika Arora in her 40s continues to stay healthy and has lovely skin. A quick scroll through Malaika Arora’s social media page will offer you sufficient fitness motivation to kickstart your workout journey. Everyone wishes to know what she did to get that amazing body. To achieve where she is now, she has included a variety of forms of exercise into her daily routine, including Zumba, yoga, the gym, and a healthy diet.

    Arjun Kapoor training schedule:

    Arjun disclosed what he eats during the day, his calorie consumption, the calories the actor loses while exercising at the gym, and even the health advantages of what he eats in a video. Kapoor opens the video by showing his daily breakfast regimen, which is accompanied by more than an hour of exercise. Then he takes his lunch and wraps up his business meetings, followed by an occasional treat, 2 hours of exercise, and a nutritious dinner. In the video, he breaks down the entire day.     Breakfast:

    Arjun commences his day with breakfast at 10 a.m., according to the video. In the morning, he has 4 Egg Mush, which contains 290kcal energy, 22g protein, 12g fat, 25g carbs, and 4.5g fiber. Arjun goes to the gym around 10:30 a.m. after meals for a one-and-a-half-hour exercise. He worked out by jumping, kickboxing, push-ups, weight training, planks, and running on the treadmill.

    Lunch: 

    At 1:30 p.m., he eats his lunch. He consumes a Greek Souvlaki Wrap, which contains 388kcal of energy, 43g of protein, 15g of fat, 34grams of carbs, and 12g of fiber. Arjun finishes his important meetings between 2 and 5 p.m., and then takes his afternoon snack, a carb-free Turkey Sushi with 191kcal energy, 39g protein, 10g fat, 11g carb, and 7g fiber.

    Post-Workout Meal Plan:

    Later in the evening, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Arjun exercises out for the 2nd attempt. He undertakes low-intensity activities like treadmill walks and leg presses for the two-hour program. Arjun had Turkish Kebabs with Muhamarra Mustard, Mint Chutney, and Roasted Vegetables for dinner, which has 388 calories of energy, 22g of protein, 10 grams of fat, 3g of carbs, and 7g of fiber.

    Arjun burned approximately 4,268 calories and ingested 1,218 calories during the entire day, according to the Instagram video. He also took around 15,393 steps. His routine will motivate you to take better care of your physique and work hard.
