    Coronavirus Live Updates : India’s tally crosses 3 lakhs

    Coronavirus Live Updates- India has crossed United Kingdom to become the fourth worst-hit nation by the Covid-19 pandemic. Presently, India has reported more than three lakh coronavirus cases, with Maharashtra coming up with 1 lakh of them.





    As per the records by Worldometer, India currently has 3,09,405 cases. Moreover, Maharashtra’s countdown of cases today crossed the one lakh-mark with the inclusion of 3,493 new patients. Thus, the totality adds up to 1,01,141. With 127 new fatalities, the state’s death toll has reached a total of 3,717.

    Officials’ Statement

    India’s overall count of coronavirus cases has surpassed 2.76 lakh with the death toll standing at 7,745. Around 1.35 lakh individuals have recovered from this deadly infectious disease. Today, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday evening to talk about the coronavirus pandemic in Delhi. “Met Sh Amit Shah, Hon’ble HM. Discussed the situation on corona in Delhi in detail. He guaranteed all cooperation,” Arvind Kejriwal tweeted.

    Delhi has witnessed a rise in COVID-19 cases recently. The national capital’s tally has detailed nearly 33,000 coronavirus cases and 984 deaths. The global organization WHO on Friday said that vaccines for curbing the coronavirus situation “ought to be made accessible as a global public good”. This is “to guarantee everybody had fair get to any life-saving products that have been created”, he added.





    Also, the Ministry of Home Affairs cited that though the movement of individuals will not be allowed across the nation from 9 pm to 5 am amid the on-going ‘Unlock 1’. Also, there will be no confinements pertaining to commuting via buses with passengers and merchandise carriage on highways.

    In a conversation with all states, Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla said, “The limitation does not apply to instances of loading/unloading of merchandise; buses carrying people; trucks and products carriers operating on state and national highways; or people going to their destinations after disembarking from buses, trains, and flights.”




    PM’s Meet with State CMs

    On June 16, our Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi will have a meeting with CMs of 21 states and UTs including Punjab, Assam, Kerala, U’khand, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Tripura, Himachal, Chandigarh, Goa, Manipur, Nagaland, Ladakh, Puducherry, Arunachal, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadar Nagar Haveli & Daman Diu, Sikkim & Lakshadweep.





    On June 17, the Prime Minister will have a conversation with CMs of remaining 15 states and UTs namely Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu And Kashmir, Telangana and Odisha.

    Globally, 7,674,859 individuals have been affected by the virus, and close to 426,108 have died. Around 3,886,740 patients have recovered so far across the world. The United States reported over 21 lakh infections and 116,437 deaths making the nation the worst-hit country. Taken after by Brazil with 809,318 coronavirus cases and nearing 40,000 deaths.
