The details, specifications, and price of the all-new POCO M3 smartphone were revealed on Tuesday and will be available at Flipkart for sale from February 9 scheduled at 12:00 PM IST. The earlier model POCO M2 was quite successful in India as one million units were sold since launch and now this device is being called the successor of POCO M2. This device is going to be the first launch in 2021 and the latest one after POCO X3 that was launched in September 2020.
POCO M3 Specifications
It comes with a sleek design of dimensions 162.3 X 77.3 X 9.6 mm (6.39 X 3.04 X 0.38 in) that provides 6.53 inches, 104.7 sq. cm of the screen allowing swift and easy movement of your fingers on an 83.4 screen-to-body ratio device. The front is built with Gorilla Glass 3 and the rest is built with plastic, even though, the weight of the device is 198g. It gives HD quality display as it is supported with an IPS LCD screen and the resolution is 1080 X 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~395 PPI intensity), and the screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
POCO M3 is running on the Android 10 operating system and supported with Qualcomm SM6115 Snapdragon 662 chipset for a fast gaming experience. It is going to be available in different variants as 4GB RAM 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM 64GB ROM, 4GB RAM 128GB ROM, 6GB RAM 128GB ROM, and is embedded with triple camera of 48MP (f/1.8 aperture), 2MP (f/2.4 aperture), and 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) giving HD quality video experience with 1080p@30fps.
POCO M3 also has a selfie camera of 8MP (f/2.1 aperture) giving an HD video experience with 1080p@30fps. It will be the best choice for binge-watchers as they will not require earphones while watching their favorite shows or movies as it comes with dual speakers to give the best cinematic sound experience, and it comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 update that connects and transfer files very fast and easily. It has a USB Type-C 2.0 charging jack and has a massive non-removable Lithium-Polymer battery of 6000mAh.
It will be available in spectacular and vibrant colors like Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, and Power Black. It will also be supported with a fingerprint scanner that will be side-mounted, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, and a compass for easy navigation.
POCO M3 Price in India
The pricing of only two variants has been revealed till now, that is, 6GB RAM 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM 128ROM. The pricing of the 6GB RAM 64GB ROM model will be Rs. 9,999 and pricing of 6GB RAM 128GB ROM model will be Rs. 10,999.
