Dune: Part Two is an upcoming epic science fiction movie in the United States. It is directed by Denis Villeneuve, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Jon Spaihts. Timothée Chalamet plays Paul Atreides in Dune Part 2 for a massive salary of US $3 million. He reportedly received US $2.2 million as his fee for the original Dune movie which was released in 2021.
Zendaya portrays Chani in Dune Part Two and is getting a whopping amount of US $1 million as her fee. She was paid US $300,000 for her seven minute role in Dune Part One.

Dune Part Two Box Office Collection
As of March 3, 2024, Dune: Part Two has amassed $82.5 million in the United States and Canada, and $100 million in other territories, resulting in a global total of $182.5 million.
In North America, the film’s pre-sales exceeded those of Oppenheimer, with expectations of earning $65–80 million from 4,050 theaters during its opening weekend. Internationally, it was forecasted to generate $85–90 million across 71 markets, projecting a worldwide debut of approximately $170 million. On its first day, the film garnered $32.2 million, including $12 million from previews on February 25 and 29, with IMAX screenings contributing $4.5 million (38%) of the early earnings.
Ultimately, it debuted with $82.5 million, nearly doubling the first film’s $41 million opening weekend. IMAX showings accounted for $18.5 million (23%) of the total, setting a record for a March release. Jeff Goldstein, Warner Bros.’ president of domestic distribution, described the results as surpassing expectations, particularly for a challenging genre. Additionally, the film grossed $100.02 million from 72 international markets during its opening weekend, achieving a global three-day debut of $182.5 million.
