Udta Teer vs Jailer 2 at the Hindi Box Office
Udta Teer’s weekend growth is impressive given the competition. Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 crossed Rs 710 crore worldwide over the same weekend, while Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam: The Conclusion continues in its fourth week. Despite this, Udta Teer has held its ground as the top new Hindi release of the week, well ahead of other small films like Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar.
What Next for Udta Teer
The weekdays will decide how far Udta Teer can go. If it holds around Rs 3 crore a day from Monday to Thursday, the film could close its first week at around Rs 31 crore to Rs 32 crore net in India. A steady second weekend could then push it towards the Rs 50 crore mark.
