Realme has officially launched the Realme Narzo 100x 5G in India. The smartphone arrives with a strong focus on battery life, smooth performance, and everyday usability. It features a massive 8,000mAh battery, a 144Hz display, and the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor.
The company had already revealed some key details before the launch, and the official announcement confirms almost all the expected specifications. With a starting price of Rs. 20,999, the Narzo 100x 5G is aimed at users who want a long-lasting smartphone for daily use, gaming, and entertainment.
Massive 8,000mAh Battery Is the Biggest Highlight
The biggest attraction of the Realme Narzo 100x 5G is its huge 8,000mAh Titan Battery. Realme says the phone can last for up to three days on a single charge under normal usage. This makes it a good option for people who travel often or do not want to charge their phone every day.
The company also claims that the battery is built for long-term use. According to Realme, it can maintain over 80% of its battery health even after four years of regular charging. The battery is rated for around 1,600 charge cycles, which is higher than what many smartphones usually offer.
Despite packing such a large battery, the phone remains reasonably slim at 8.8mm thick and weighs 224 grams.
Fast Charging and Reverse Charging Support
The Narzo 100x 5G supports 45W fast charging, allowing users to recharge the large battery more quickly. It also includes 27W reverse wired charging, which lets the smartphone charge other compatible devices like earbuds or another phone.
Another useful feature is bypass charging. This helps reduce heat while gaming by supplying power directly to the phone instead of constantly charging the battery. As a result, users can enjoy longer gaming sessions with better temperature control.
144Hz Display for Smooth Everyday Experience
On the front, the smartphone features a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate makes scrolling, animations, and gaming feel much smoother than standard displays.
The screen also offers up to 1,200 nits peak brightness, making it easier to view content outdoors in bright sunlight.
However, while the refresh rate is impressive, some users may feel disappointed that the phone comes with an HD+ resolution instead of Full HD+, especially at this price.
MediaTek Dimensity 6300 Powers the Device
The Realme Narzo 100x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The chipset is designed to handle daily tasks, multitasking, and casual gaming with ease.
The phone is paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, helping apps open faster and improving overall performance.
To keep temperatures under control during heavy usage, Realme has also included a 5,300mm² vapour chamber cooling system. This cooling solution is useful for gamers and users who spend long hours using demanding applications.
Camera and Software Features
For photography, the smartphone includes a 50MP primary rear camera that is designed to capture clear and detailed images in different lighting conditions.
On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera for selfies, video calls, and social media content.
The phone runs on Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0, giving users access to the latest software features and a refreshed user experience.
Another interesting addition is the AI Pulse Light on the back panel. It lights up for notifications and alerts, adding a unique visual touch to the phone.
The device also comes with an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes.

Should You Consider the Realme Narzo 100x 5G?
The Realme Narzo 100x 5G stands out mainly because of its huge battery, fast charging support, and smooth 144Hz display. It is designed for users who want a phone that can easily last through heavy daily use without frequent charging.
While the HD+ display may not impress everyone, the combination of long battery life, reliable performance, Android 16, vapour chamber cooling, and useful features like reverse charging and IP65 protection makes the Narzo 100x 5G a solid choice for users looking for a dependable mid-range smartphone. Its competitive pricing also makes it an attractive option for buyers who value battery life above everything else.
