The year 2021 was a fruitful year for the car community as it gave rise to a bunch of introductions to new launching cars. One of which is the Audi E-Tron which launched today on July 22nd.
Audi India on Wednesday revealed that the next big launch in the German automaker’s lineup would be the e-Tron SUV. It will directly rival the likes of the new Mercedes-Benz EQC that went on sale in India in 2020 and the Jaguar I-Pace.
The new e-Tron will be Audi India’s first electric car. It has already arrived at the select showrooms across the country ahead of its price reveal.

What are some of the car’s features?
Propelling the new Audi e-Tron will be a 95kWh battery feeding two electric motors.
The 50 variant will produce 308bhp and 540Nm of torque, while the 55 variant will produce 402bhp and 664Nm of torque. The model is claimed to return a range of 400kms on a full charge.

Feature highlights of the 2021 Audi e-Tron will include matrix LED headlamps, LED taillights, the signature single-frame grille, a panoramic sunroof, soft-close doors, four-zone climate control, Audi’s virtual cockpit, Heads-Up Display (HUD), wireless charging, and a four-spoke steering wheel.
It now gets a second onboard charger and a 71.2 kWh battery pack. It can sprint across the 0-100 kmph mark in just 6.8 seconds and has a top speed of 190 kmph.
The claimed full-charge range of the SUV stands somewhere between 282 km and 340 km, depending on different factors.

Audi e-Tron price starts at ₹ 99.99 Lakh and goes up to ₹ 1.16 Crore. The cost of the Electric version for e-Tron ranges between ₹ 99.99 Lakh – ₹ 1.16 Crore.
