September 2025 is considered very special from a religious perspective because a lunar eclipse will occur this month. In the Hindu calendar and astrology, eclipses hold great significance. It is believed that the eclipse period affects not only nature but also human life. Therefore, there are certain things that are considered auspicious to do during a lunar eclipse, while some activities should be strictly avoided.

Therefore, on 7th September 2025, the Sutak period will begin at 12:59 PM and will continue until the eclipse ends at 1:26 AM. During this period, people are advised to focus on meditation, chanting mantras, and remembering God. Touching idols, cooking food, or traveling should be avoided to prevent negative effects.
