    In today’s time, the Aadhaar card is an essential document used for everything from small to large tasks. Most people typically keep a printed Aadhaar card made of thick paper with lamination. However, such Aadhaar cards tend to get damaged quickly. They can also get ruined if exposed to moisture or kept in a wallet. If you want a high-tech Aadhaar card, you can order a PVC Aadhaar Card from the UIDAI website. Here’s the complete process.

    PVC Aadhaar Card for ₹50

    UIDAI is offering PVC Aadhaar Cards for just ₹50. You can order your PVC Aadhaar Card via the UIDAI website on your phone or laptop. This ₹50 fee includes the cost of speed post as well. UIDAI itself recommends using the PVC Aadhaar Card. In an official post, UIDAI advised people to use the PVC Aadhaar Card.

    How to Order Your PVC Aadhaar Card at Home

    1. Visit the official UIDAI website at https://uidai.gov.in.
    2. Go to the “My Aadhaar” section and click on “Order Aadhaar PVC Card.”
    3. Enter your Aadhaar card number and the captcha code, then click on “Send OTP.”
    4. After receiving the OTP on your registered mobile number, enter it.
    5. A copy of your PVC Aadhaar Card will appear. Verify all the details and place your order.
    6. You will then need to make a payment of ₹50, after which your request will be processed.
    7. After placing the order, your PVC Aadhaar Card will be delivered to your home within 15 days or shortly after.

    The PVC Aadhaar Card comes with multiple security features.
