  • Firstly, stand straight with your arms on your side. 
  • Now, place your left leg on your right inner thigh, and try maintaining your balance. 
  • Slowly raise both your arms above your head in a namaskar pose. 
  • Get your arms back and release your left leg. 
  • Repeat the process with your right leg. 

Mountain Pose Or Tadasana

  • Stand straight with your feet slightly apart and place your arms on your side. 
  • Slowly exhale and stretch your toes.
  • Hold the pose for a few seconds. 
  • Now, while inhaling, come back to stand on your feet. 

Dance Pose Or Natrajasana

  • With your right leg on the ground, bend your left leg and push behind.

  • Try holding the pose for 10 to 15 seconds at least. 
  • Repeat the pose with your right leg. 

Seated Forward Pose Or Paschimottoasana

  • Sit with your legs stretched out.

  • Now, exhale and bend forward to hold your toes, and try pushing your head towards your knees. 
  • Try holding this pose for as long as you can.

Camel Pose Or Ustrasana

Ustrasana

  • For this, kneel with your hands on your hips. 
  • Slowly bend backwards while exhaling by sliding your palms over your feet.
