What Are the Prices of the Flats?

  1. DDA Shramik Awas Yojana
    • This scheme is specifically for construction workers registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
    • 700 EWS flats have been launched in the Narela area of Delhi under this scheme.
    • Flats are available at a 25% discount, with prices starting from ₹8.65 lakh, and the booking amount is ₹50,000.
    • Applications for this scheme will be open until March 31.

  1. DDA Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme
    • This scheme caters to specific categories, including auto-rickshaw drivers, cab drivers, street vendors, widows of martyrs, persons with disabilities, and SC/ST individuals registered in Delhi.
    • Flats are also offered at a 25% discount, with prices starting at ₹8.65 lakh.
