At the Mobile World Congress (MWC), BSNL introduced its Holi Dhamaka Offer for over 90 million mobile users, announcing an extension of validity on a recharge plan. The company shared this offer through its official X handle. Over the past few months, the state-owned telecom company BSNL has been very active, launching several affordable recharge plans in a short time, raising the standards for private operators. BSNL’s latest move is bringing more long-validity plans at lower prices.
14 Months Validity in a Recharge Plan
The recharge plan in focus offers 14 months of validity. The plan itself was already available, but BSNL has now extended its validity. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is now providing an extra 30 days of validity with its ₹2,399 recharge plan. Earlier, this plan came with 395 days of validity, but now users will get a total of 425 days. BSNL’s prepaid plan includes unlimited calling across India, free national roaming, and complimentary calls on the MTNL network in Delhi and Mumbai.

Offer Details
The ₹2,399 recharge plan now comes with 14 months of validity. Users will get 2GB of high-speed data per day and 100 free SMS daily, amounting to a total of 850GB of data. Additionally, BSNL is offering all mobile users a free subscription to BiTV and complimentary access to various OTT applications.
BSNL’s Expansion Plans
To enhance its services, BSNL is also working on improving its network infrastructure. The company plans to install 100,000 new 4G towers across the country within the first half of the year. Over the past year, BSNL has been actively upgrading its network in all telecom circles, with more than 65,000 4G mobile towers already operational. In the coming months, the remaining towers are expected to go live, promising even better connectivity for users.
