The movie is inspired by Thala Ajith’s Veeram, a Tamil language film which was released in 2014. The movie will supposedly be a story of four brothers and will involve a religious angle as well. The film was scheduled to have a release date earlier in the third quarter of 2022 but due to the pandemic and the shooting schedule being delayed the release date was postponed. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is made on an astronomical budget because Salman Khan has charged a whopping amount for the film.

The film has an ensemble star cast which includes Salman Khan, the South superstar Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Malvika Sharma, Vinali Bhatnagar and Abdu Rozik.
