MC Stan Joins the Latent Panel
MC Stan brought his trademark style to the Latent panel, and he was not spared from the show’s roasting either. Clips of Samay roasting the rapper, and even his fans, quickly went viral on social media.
One of the lighter moments came when Madhur Virli called out Samay for an old comment about Stan’s music, with the line, “You called his song bakwaas!” The exchange set the tone for an episode full of back-and-forth banter between the panellists.
MC Stan Reveals Marriage Plans
The biggest personal moment of the episode came when MC Stan revealed that he plans to get married soon. The panel reacted with surprise and congratulated him, while Samay quickly turned the news into a joke. Stan did not name his partner or share any other details, which has left fans online trying to guess who the bride is.
PM Modi Mimic Wins Over the Judges
The standout contestant of the episode was Rahil, who performed as “Odi ji,” a mimic of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He opened with a version of the PM’s familiar greeting, called the audience “fraands” instead of “mitron,” and brought out the famous line, “Iss sajjan ko kya taqleef hai bhai?” He also joked about owing money at Samay’s chai stall.
Rahil’s act became even bigger when Samay brought comedian Kunal Kamra onto the show. The two traded playful jabs, with Rahil teasing Kamra about his sudden respectful “sir” and calling one of his lines a WhatsApp forward. The clip of this exchange has gone viral across social media.
Throughout his act, Rahil kept asking the audience if they wanted India’s Got Latent Season 3, drawing huge cheers each time. He also joked that he had never lost an election. In the end, every judge gave him a perfect 10, and he won the episode.
Samay Raina’s Jokes on the Show’s Past
Samay did not hold back from joking about the show’s own history. When the Kamra segment began, he quipped that everyone would meet at the cyber cell if the clip went online, a nod to the legal trouble the show faced after an earlier controversy. Rahil also referred to Samay’s comedy special “Still Alive,” saying that things that break come back stronger.
Fans Ask for India’s Got Latent Season 3
The loud response to Rahil’s repeated Season 3 question has started a new wave of demand online. Samay Raina has not made any official announcement about a third season yet, but the reaction to Episode 8 shows that the show still has a strong fan base.
