Earlier, Kuldeep Yadav worked his magic with the ball, picking up 4 wickets for just 30 runs. At one stage, Pakistan were in a strong position at 113/1. But once Kuldeep came into attack, the collapse began. Pakistan’s innings ended at 146 all out in 19.1 overs. Sahibzada Farhan scored 57 runs while Fakhar Zaman contributed 46. Kuldeep completely destroyed the middle order, grabbing three wickets in a sensational 17th over.

Tilak Varma shone with the bat, scoring an unbeaten 69 off 53 balls. The 22-year-old displayed remarkable composure under pressure, guiding India’s chase of 147. He built a crucial 60-run partnership with Shivam Dube that sealed the win. India were in deep trouble at 20/3 and later 77/4, but Varma held his nerves. His innings included three fours and four sixes, leading India to a historic victory.
