    According to health experts, appetite starts decreasing 3 to 4 months before a heart attack, one does not feel like eating. This is because when there is any kind of problem in the heart, the liver is not able to digest food properly. Due to which gas starts forming in the stomach and the stomach feels bloated.

    2. Shortness of breath even after walking a little

    If you start feeling short of breath even after walking a short distance of about 500 meters or even after climbing two-three stairs you feel that it is difficult to move forward, then you should be careful. Not only this, sweating more than normal can also be a sign of heart attack.

    Health experts say that if you suddenly have pain in the jaw or left shoulder while sleeping at night, it could be a sign of a heart problem. This should not be ignored, you should immediately go to the doctor or consult a health expert.

By taking these steps and prioritizing heart health, individuals can greatly reduce their chances of experiencing a heart attack.
