Palming is an eye-relaxing exercise, which can help in removing eye fatigue. To do this, first warm your palms by rubbing them together. Keep these warm palms on your closed eyes until the heat of the hands goes away. Maintain this position with your eyes closed, breathing evenly. Lower your hands and repeat the palming process at least three times for optimal relaxation.

    2- Blinking of Eyelids

To keep the eyes healthy, the eyelids should be blinked from time to time in between work. This yoga practice can help strengthen the optic nerve and reduce the problem of dry eyes. For this, blink the eyelids about 10 times as fast as possible. Now close your eyes and take deep breaths and exhale for about 20 seconds.

    3- Chakrasana

Regular practice of Chakrasana yoga can be beneficial to keep the eyes healthy. Chakrasana helps in keeping the brain healthy along with many eye-related problems. To do Chakrasana yoga, first lie down on your back, bend your knees and bring the heels as close to your buttocks as possible.

Take the ring finger of the other hand and place it in the middle palm of your other hand. While doing this, make sure that the tip of the thumb and ring finger are touching each other. Spread the rest of the fingers as much as possible

    5- The 20-20-20 Rule

Everyone knows the importance of good sleep. Despite this, busyness of work is causing insomnia for people. Due to which stress starts increasing in the person. In such a situation, doing eye exercises with 20-20-20 rule along with a good sleeping cycle can help prevent eye strain. Take a break from work every 20 minutes and look at an object twenty feet away from you for about 20 seconds.
