    Tata Punch Launched at Rs 6.12 Lakh with New & Updated Features

    Tata Punch Launched at Rs 6.12 Lakh with New & Updated Features

    Tata Motors has unveiled the updated 2024 Punch in India, with prices starting at Rs 6.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). This refreshed iteration of Tata’s popular compact SUV is available in 10 distinct variants: Pure, Pure (O), Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Adventure S, Adventure+ S, Accomplished+, Accomplished+ S, Creative+, and Creative+ S.

    Tata Punch Launched at Rs 6.12 Lakh with New & Updated Features

    The 2024 Tata Punch introduces several notable enhancements. It now features a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This model also includes a wireless charger, rear AC vents, and a USB Type-C charging port, catering to modern connectivity and convenience needs.

    Despite these upgrades, the new Punch retains the same mechanical specifications as its predecessor. It is powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 87 BHP at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque between 3,150 and 3,350 rpm.

    This engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission). Additionally, the updated Punch offers a factory-fitted CNG option, providing customers with a choice for more economical and environmentally friendly driving.

    In terms of competition, the 2024 Tata Punch will face off against rivals such as the Hyundai Exter and the Citroen C3 in the Indian automotive market.
