The sequel to Ajay Devgn’s hit 2018 crime thriller Raid—titled Raid 2—has finally been released in theatres today, May 1. When and Where Will Raid 2 Release on OTT?
According to a report by ETimes, Raid 2 has signed a digital streaming deal with Netflix. The Ajay Devgn-led crime thriller will reportedly begin streaming after completing its theatrical run. As per OTTplay.com, Netflix has acquired the digital rights, and the movie is expected to premiere online either by the end of June or the beginning of July 2025. This means the film will follow the standard 60-day theatrical window before hitting OTT platforms.

In Raid 2, Ajay Devgn reprises his role as IRS officer Amay Patnaik, who now faces off against a powerful and corrupt politician played by Riteish Deshmukh. However, this time the story is more complex—raids don’t yield quick results, and Amay finds himself entangled in a deeper, more dangerous web of lies and influence. The film not only highlights the corruption within the system but also explores the personal and professional battles of an honest officer. Actress Vaani Kapoor also plays a significant role in the film.
