OnePlus has officially launched its latest Nord smartphones for the Indian market: the OnePlus Nord 3 and the OnePlus Nord CE 3. These devices aim to reintroduce some beloved features that were absent in previous models. The Nord 3 is designed for power users, while the Nord CE 3 caters to those seeking a dependable and affordable everyday device. OnePlus Nord 3 Features
The OnePlus Nord 3 boasts a 6.74-inch Super Fluid 10-bit flat 1.5K AMOLED display with a dynamic refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of up to 1,000Hz, and a peak brightness of 1450 nits.
The phone features an aluminum mid-frame, providing a premium build quality, and the display is protected by Dragontrail glass.
The rear camera consists of a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The front camera, located in a centered punch-hole cutout, is a 16MP shooter.
OnePlus Nord 3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset and accompanied by the Arm Mali G710 MC10 GPU. It offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, allowing for quick recharging times. Connectivity options include dual 5G nano SIM support, compatibility with 12 5G bands, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC. The OnePlus Nord 3 runs OxygenOS 13.1, based on Android 13, out of the box. OnePlus Nord CE 3 Features
It features a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Nord CE 3 is powered by the mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset. It offers a maximum of 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, providing decent performance and storage capacity for everyday use.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Nord CE 3 shares the same setup as the Nord 3, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS).
The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, enabling quick charging times. It supports dual 5G nano SIM cards and compatibility with 12 5G bands for fast and reliable connectivity. Bluetooth version 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC are also supported. The Nord CE 3 runs OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13 out of the box.
OnePlus Nord 3 and Nord CE 3 Price
The OnePlus Nord 3 has a starting price of Rs 33,999 for the 8GB+128GB model, while the higher-end 16GB+256GB version will cost Rs 37,999. It will be available on Amazon India beginning July 15. In contrast, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 comes with a base variant of 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 26,999. To acquire the 12GB+256GB variant, one would need to spend Rs 28,999.
