Longlegs is an upcoming American horror thriller film written and directed by Osgood Perkins. The movie stars Maika Monroe, Nicolas Cage, Alicia Witt, and Blair Underwood. In November 2022, it was announced that Osgood Perkins would direct Longlegs from a script he wrote. Nicolas Cage signed on to produce the film under his Saturn Films banner and star as a serial killer.
In February 2023, Maika Monroe joined the cast as FBI agent Lee Harker. The following month, Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood were added to the cast.Principal photography for the film took place in Vancouver, British Columbia, from January 16 to February 23, 2023, with Andrés Arochi serving as the cinematographer.
Longlegs Release Date
In February 2023, Neon acquired the North American rights to the film at the European Film Market. Longlegs is scheduled for release in the United States on July 12, 2024.

Longlegs Plot
The film centers on Lee Harker, a rookie FBI agent assigned to a cold case involving a serial killer. As the investigation unfolds, Harker discovers occult evidence that complicates the case and reveals a personal connection to the killer. She must act swiftly to prevent another family from falling victim to the murderer.
