Important Points You Should Know About the Nothing Phone (1)

Nothing Phone (1), a highly anticipated smartphone developed by Carl Pei led Nothing Technologies, is scheduled to be launched in India on 12th July 2022. Nothing has revealed the design, framework and other specifications of the Phone (1) before its launch. The phone is being manufactured in Tamil Nadu. Here, we have covered everything we know so far about the phone.

Carl Pei is taking the advancement of design and framework to the next level with his first smartphone. The company has already revealed that the phone will have a transparent rear which will offer a unique experience to the smartphone owners. One can directly see how technology embedded within the device works.

Also, Nothing Technologies has announced that the phone will feature an aluminium framework, giving the smartphone a premium feel. At the bottom on the rear of the phone, there is the logo of Nothing. There is also a wireless charging coil, as revealed by the official image of the phone shared by the company.

Nothing Phone (1) is expected to be launched on 12th July 2022 in India at 8:30 PM. The company is also expected to start the pre-bookings of the phone before its imminent launch. It is speculated that the pre-booking amount will hover around ₹2,000 in India. 

Once Nothing Phone (1) officially launches, it will go on sale on the e-commerce brand Flipkart in a few days. The exact date for sale and the price for the smartphone is not yet revealed.

Nothing Phone (1) Expected Features:

Nothing Technologies has developed a custom UI similar to other smartphone markers based on Google’s Android. The Phone (1) will likely run on the skin based on Android 12 out of the box. 

An OLED display of 6.55 inches with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz is also expected from the phone.

Nothing has already formed a partnership with Qualcomm, so the smartphone will definitely feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and most likely, it will be the 7 Gen 1 chipset. 

Nothing is expected to offer internal storage of 256 GB and RAM of 8 GB in the smartphone. In terms of the camera, we are expecting a dual rear set-up with 32 MP being the primary one. 

4,500mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support is almost totally confirmed.
