    Experts say that if you want to eat dry fruits within 1 hour, then soak them in milk. People who do not like to drink ordinary milk can drink it by adding dry fruits to it. This will also increase the taste of milk and will give more benefits to health. On the other hand, eating dry fruits mixed with milk provides more protein, calcium and minerals to the body. It also helps in increasing weight.
