Housefull 5 is set to release on 6th June 2025 in the theatres across India. The film is reportedly getting a massive release with shows in over 5,000 theatres in the country. Akshay Kumar starrer is also the first movie in India to release with two separate endings. The twist is that their are different culprits in each version of the film. Fans can book tickets for either Housefull 5A or 5B through online booking platforms. Housefull 5 has a huge starcast with many notable names, including Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Abhishek Bachchan, Reteish Deshmukh and many more. The filmmakers have spent a lot of money on the cast salaries and it has made Housefull 5, the most expensive Indian comedy movie ever.
Housefull 5 Cast Salary
Akshay Kumar is playing Julius “Jolly 3” in Housefull 5. He is the main lead of the film. At a recent promotional event, Akshay was asked about his remuneration for the film. The Khiladi Kumar joked about it but hinted that he has secured a good amount of money. Reports claim that Akshay charges around Rs 60 Crore per film and that could be true for Housefull 5 as well.
Riteish Deshmukh is going to be seen Jalabuddin “Jolly 1 in Housefull 5. He was recently seen in Raid 2, alongside Ajay Devgn. Reteish is one of the veterans when it comes to comedy films. He has charged around Rs 6-7 Crore for Housefull 5. Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in the avatar of Jalbhushan “Jolly 2”. He has charged a similar amount of fee as Deshmukh.
Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Sonam Bajwa are playing the three leading ladies in the film. Jacqueline plays Jalbhushan’s wife, Julius’s Girlfriend, Nargis plays Julius’s wife, Jalabuddin’s Girlfriend and Sonam plays Jalabuddin’s wife, Jalbhushan’s Girlfriend. All of them have charged in the range of Rs 3-4 Crore each as their salary from the Housefull 5 producers.
Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff are playing the two police officers in the film. Their fees is around Rs 2-3 Crore each. Nana Patekar is going to be seen in an undisclosed role and his salary also remains undisclosed.
In addition, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Chunky Panday, Ranjeet, Johnny Lever, Chitrangda Singh, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, Akashdeep Sabir and Sougata Banarjee are playing significant roles in Housefull 5. Their salaries range from Rs 30 Lakhs to Rs 1.50 Crore.
Housefull 5 Budget
Housefull 5 is India’s most expensive comedy movie ever. It is made on a massive budget of Rs 225 Crore. To be declared a hit, the film needs to collect at least Rs 300 Crore or more at the box office.
