    Hisaab Barabar Movie Review - A Sharp Satirical Thriller That Keeps You Hooked

    Hisaab Barabar is a thought-provoking thriller that mixes suspense with satire. Directed by Ashwni Dhir, the film follows Radhe Mohan Sharma (R. Madhavan), a railway ticket checker who stumbles upon a small mistake in his bank account. What starts as a simple issue quickly turns into a deep investigation, revealing large-scale financial fraud involving powerful banker Micky Mehta (Neil Nitin Mukesh). As Radhe digs deeper, he faces corruption, danger, and moral dilemmas.

    Story & Direction

    The film’s biggest strength is its unique story. It takes a simple banking error and turns it into a thrilling ride, exposing the dark side of the financial system. Ashwni Dhir does a great job of balancing humour and suspense. The pace is steady, and the twists keep you engaged. The film also highlights the struggles of the common man against powerful institutions, making it relatable.

    Performances

    R. Madhavan is outstanding as Radhe Mohan Sharma. He portrays a determined yet ordinary man with ease, making you root for him. Neil Nitin Mukesh as Micky Mehta is convincing as the cunning and powerful banker. Kirti Kulhari shines as Inspector Poonam Joshi, bringing strength and intelligence to her role. The supporting cast, including Rashami Desai and Faisal Rashid, add depth to the story.
