Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar is proving every day that when audiences truly embrace a film, records start to fall short. Turning into a box-office wildfire in its second week, Dhurandhar has brought massive profits to the film business. In just 13 days, the film has crossed the ₹450 crore mark. It is now very close to ₹500 crore within two weeks of release—something hardly anyone would have imagined on the day it hit theatres.
Dhurandhar Box Office Collection
Ranveer Singh’s film is currently running strong in its second week. On Tuesday, it became the highest-grossing Hindi film of the second week. Wednesday also saw strong footfalls in theatres. Even in the middle of a working week, Dhurandhar recorded occupancy of over 60% at many locations, clearly showing that the film’s craze remains very strong.
According to trade reports, Dhurandhar collected a net ₹25.70 crore at the box office on Wednesday. Compared to Tuesday’s ₹32 crore, this is only a 20% drop. After running in wildfire mode for days, this is the first noticeable dip in collections. However, with the weekend approaching, the film is expected to bounce back strongly.

Leaves KGF 2 Behind
In 2022, Yash’s KGF 2 had collected ₹434 crore net in Hindi, becoming the second-biggest Hindi film after Baahubali 2. At the time, it seemed like the record would stand for many years. But in just three years, KGF 2 has slipped from second place to ninth on the list of highest-grossing Hindi films.
With Wednesday’s collection, Dhurandhar has comfortably crossed the ₹450 crore mark. Its total collection now stands at ₹454 crore in 13 days. The film has overtaken KGF 2 and become the ninth biggest Hindi film, pushing Yash’s film down to the tenth position.
Looking at Dhurandhar’s pace, it is expected to reach ₹500 crore within the next two days. This makes it certain that the film will surpass the ₹600 crore blockbuster Chhaava and become the biggest Hindi film of 2025. The big question now is how high Dhurandhar will climb on the all-time biggest Hindi films list.
