In the Indian market, French automaker Citroën’s premium SUV C5 Aircross has once again recorded zero sales, marking the third consecutive month without a single unit being sold. Interestingly, this comes despite the new GST structure, which has reduced the car’s price by ₹2.67 lakh.
Earlier priced at ₹39.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the SUV is now available at ₹37.32 lakh after a 6.68% tax cut. The company sells the car in a single variant, which can be purchased in both single-tone and dual-tone colour options. The new prices will be effective from 22 September.

The SUV is powered by a 1997cc DW10FC 4-cylinder diesel engine, producing 177 PS power and 400 Nm peak torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It comes with a 52.5-litre fuel tank and delivers a mileage of 17.5 km/l (as claimed by the company).
In terms of size, the car measures 4500 mm in length, 1969 mm in width, and 1710 mm in height, with a 2730 mm wheelbase.
