BH Series Number Plate in India: What Are the Benefits and How to Apply?

Benefits of BH Series Number Plate

People often need to transfer from one state to another because of their jobs. Before the BH Series was introduced, they had to go through the hassle of changing their registered number plates. The BH Series solves this problem. With this number plate, you don’t need to change your plate even if you move to another state. According to Section 47 of the Motor Vehicle Act 1988, before the BH Series, car owners could only keep their vehicle in another state for 12 months. Now, with the BH Series, this restriction is removed.

Old Vehicles Can Also Be Registered

If you get a BH Series number plate, you don’t need to change your plate every time you move to a new state. This number is valid all over India. However, not everyone can apply for a BH Series number plate.
