Often people get gas after long distance flights, which causes bloating of the stomach. This happens because staying in low air pressure for a long time or due to dehydration and sitting for a long time causes gas to form in the stomach. To avoid this, one should avoid spicy food or heavy food and food with too much oil and ghee.

    1- Do not eat food inside plane

    The 24-hour rule is very useful for long-haul flights. Abby Dunn, marketing manager of travel agency Ocean Florida, has given a 24-hour rule for flying. She says that the amount of water should be increased 24 hours before boarding the flight and 24 hours after the flight. This prevents dehydration and can also prevent the problem of bloating.

    3- Take advantage of technology in the plane

    4- Keep 3 days clothes in hand baggage

    Keep the cards linked to your main bank account, which have more money, at home. This will prevent the card from getting stolen. It is wise to add money to the card you have brought with you as per your requirement through net banking.
