Apple is launching a new service in India called Apple Fitness Plus. It will be available from 15 December. Globally, this service was introduced in 2020, and now, after five years, it is finally coming to the Indian market.

Apple Fitness Plus can be accessed on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Workout sessions range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. All exercises are demonstrated through videos.
This service works best within Apple’s ecosystem. If users wear an Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3 during workouts, they can see details like heart rate, calories burned, and more directly on their mobile screen.

Apple Fitness Plus will launch in India on 15 December.
