Tata Neu, Tata Group’s all-in-one super app, is now available. The software was previously freely available on the Google Play and Apple App Store. However, access was referral-only and restricted to Tata corporate users. The service is now available to all customers, who can easily download the app or check the site and sign in using their mobile number and OTP.
The company’s new app is expected to provide consumers with a one-stop solution for all of their technology needs, including shopping, travel, banking, and more. In addition, the new portal is anticipated to compete with Amazon and Flipkart. But first, let’s go through the fundamentals.
What exactly is the Tata Neu App?
Tata Group has several other global businesses, and Tata Neu is the main platform established by Tata Digital to bring them all together in one place. This means that the app will give users access to all of Tata’s services and businesses, including Google, BigBasket, 1mg, Air Asia, and others.

Tata also unveiled Tata Pay, a UPI-based payment service comparable to Amazon Pay, GPay, or BHIM. The service works similarly to other UPI digital payments, allowing the transfer of money, paying cash using a phone number, or scanning a QR Code.

Tata Neu also incorporates a reward scheme in which customers collect ‘NeuCoins’ for every purchase made on the platform. Furthermore, as per the application, the value of NeuCoins will be equal to one rupee (1 NeuCoin = Re 1) and could be used as cash when making a transaction.

The app also has a Stories area towards the bottom of the ribbon. This section features selected material like buying recommendations, IPL stories, regional trends, travel guides, and more. There are also sections for tech bulletins, travel diaries, fashion journals, and food digests.
