Jio, the dominant telecom operator, has launched two new prepaid recharges with monthly validity periods for its customers. The first package on the list is a regular data package that costs Rs 259 and provides 1.5GB of data every day for one month. Hence, the plan includes unlimited voice communication and 100 SMS each day.
All telecom carriers in India have now launched prepaid plans with 30 days of validity for their consumers. The telcos’ action is following a directive issued by industry watchdog TRAI, which requires each supplier to have prepaid plans that can be extended on the same date each month. In this post, we’ll look at the monthly prepaid packages offered by Jio, Airtel, Vi, and BSNL, as well as the plan specifics.
Two Major Jio Plans
Jio, the top telecommunications company, has launched two new prepaid plans with monthly validity periods for its customers. The first package on the list is a daily data plan that costs Rs 259 and provides 1.5GB of data every day for one month. The plan includes unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS each day. The other plan from the operator is the Jio Freedom package, which costs Rs 299 and includes 25GB of data, free phone calls, and 100 SMS per day for one month.
Monthly Prepaid recharges by Airtel
Airtel’s new Rs 296 package has a 30-day time frame and comes with a maximum of 25GB of data. The prepaid plan also includes free voice calls and 100 SMS messages per day. The other package that Airtel has announced is a daily data plan. Whereas, Airtel is selling 2GB of data per day for Rs 319 for a one-month validity period. As a result, the prepaid plan also includes free voice calls and 100 SMS messages per day.
Vi’s New Monthly Prepaid Recharges
Vi has also released three new plans. However, the telco’s initial package is Rs 337 and includes 28GB of internet, unlimited voice calling, and 100 SMS per day. The telco’s other 2 additional plans start At Rs 107 and Rs 111, respectively, and have validity periods of 30 and 31 days.
BSNL prepaid recharges:
BSNL provides a variety of plans with a 30-day duration. Moreover, the carrier offers an STV 147 plan for Rs 147 that includes 10GB of data for 30 days and unlimited phone calls. Following that is an STV 247 package, which includes 50GB of data with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS/day, and a 30-day membership to EROS Now for Rs 247. Finally, BSNL provides a daily data package called STV 299 that includes 3GB of data per day, free voice communications, and 100 SMS/day for Rs 299 with a 30-day availability.
